Thanks for visiting my site!

This site is used by me to keep friends, family and work colleagues in touch with what I am doing.

I am proud to have launched the first CV database driven ski jobs website way back in 2000 when I left Thomson Holidays after seeing a gap in the market to offer an online jobs board for the ski industry.

I followed this in 2005/6 with the very first rugby and football jobs websites on the internet.

I am passionate about helping others to get their foot on the ladder in a job in any industry in which I specialise or helping them get to the next rung if they are already on that ladder! I have never thought of myself as just another recruitment consultant offering the same old solution or agency service. I try to offer a personal but professional service to whoever emails, telephones or meets me!

I believe recruitment shouldn’t be about making a fast buck but offering a long term and effective solution to both client and candidate! I have helped place highly trained and experienced chefs get jobs on large superyachts, hotel general managers find new jobs in 4 and 5 star hotels, helped send UEFA A or Pro licensed football coaches to China, rugby coaches to Australia, cricket coaches to India, CEOs to football clubs in England, physios to UAE.

Every day is varied and I never know who will register on my network of sites or who will be on the end of a telephone call and asking for my help! I want to work with organisations to promote the many opportunities that are out there! …

May 2014: I am now focusing 100% of my time to the yacht and villa recruitment side of my interests as follows:
